Sometimes you need to get a professional website in place really quickly. Maybe you’ve got a conference coming up, or are about to put in a big proposal for a new client who is absolutely going to want to see that you have some credible online presence.
You need to work with someone who understands your business, and also has the website design skills to bring to life what you are doing.
While I can get an enormous amount done in 8 hours, there are limits even to my superpowers! Therefore, in a Website VIP Day, I am able to build websites that are up to:
5 pages, if you want a completely bespoke design; or
10 pages, as long as we use a website template as the base for the site.
how this works
Before the day
the pre-work
We will have a 45 minute Zoom call where we will agree what the structure of your website will be. This will enable you to pull together the content that we will need.
You will book in on an available day that suits us both (typically I reserve my Thursdays for Website VIP Days).
You will upload all content for the site (logos, words, images, blogs, podcasts etc) at least 1 week before the Website VIP Day, to our Project Dashboard. The Project Dashboard has a fantastic checklist of everything that I will need from you. As a word of warning, you will probably need at least a fortnight (though, being kind to yourself, more like a month) to get together all of your content.
On the day
building the beast
8 am AWST: We hop on Zoom, I ask any initial questions I have, but otherwise we jump off that meeting pretty quickly and I start uploading all of your content and doing any general technical bits for 3 hours.
11 am AWST: We hop back on Zoom, and spend the next 2 hours setting up your shop (if you have one), connecting your newsletter and any forms, embedding any code scripts that you need in order to integrate the website with any other applications you are using, and pointing your domain at the new site. At this time you will also purchase the backend of the website (which is $300 AUD) by inputting your credit card details into the Squarespace platform.
1 pm - 4 pm AWST: We run through the structure, words and images on every page, and polish, polish, polish!
What you end up with

A beautiful, published website that showcases your business.
Access to a series of videos that show you how to do certain things on your website to keep it current into the future (like how to publish a blog, invite a contributor, upload a downloadable resource etc).

The cost of a Website VIP day is $4,000 + GST

what happens once you purchase this
Within 24 hours of purchasing a Website VIP Day through my shop you will be sent an email containing a link to book in for a 45 minute call with me, to agree your website structure.
Following that call you will receive:
a link to your Project Dashboard, where you will upload your content;
a link to my calendar with days that you can book in your website VIP day on. These days are typically available on Thursdays, and start at 8 am AWST.
