how the “easy to buy” mentoring program is structured
Week 0: Audit
Prior to starting our work together I will send you a diagnostic to complete. This will help us to get really clear how you are currently going across the areas of Visibility, Attractiveness, Accessibility and Credibility. It will also help me to get up to speed with the business that you’re running, so that we are on the same page for our Week 1 debrief.
Week 1: Debrief + 12 Week Action Plan
In our first session, we will review and debrief on the results of the VAAC diagnostic, and determine what 12 improvements you are going to make in your business over the next 3 months.
Weeks 2 - 12: Implementation, Review, Adjustment
Each week we will review the actions you’ve taken in the previous week, and come up with an action plan for the area to focus on in the coming week. There are always lots of reasons why we do, or don’t do, the things that we do. These sessions are equal parts coaching (helping you find the answers), mentoring (sharing the expertise that I have), and strategising (working together to come up with a way forward for you).
INVESTMENT: $8000 + GST, payable in 3 instalments
